Group Therapy

Group therapy is a safe place to receive support and validation for your personal experiences from others who have been there. Providing support to others can be a meaningful component of your therapy. Research shows that supporting others can increase our sense of confidence, self-esteem, and sense of value; this can be a meaningful and important aspect to your treatment. Therapy groups at Compassionate Connections are tailored towards different age groups and skill development.
